Privacy notice

Who we are

This website belongs to New Target Trading & Contracting & Designing, a company in Qatar that designs and builds exhibition stands, kiosks, event builds and interiors. When this notice says "we", it means us. Our contact details are at the end of this notice and at the bottom of every page.

What we collect, and why

When you ask for a quote, we collect what you give us: your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, the details of your project, and anything you choose to write or send. We use it only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, carry out the work. We rely on the fact that you asked us to contact you, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms, and we keep the messages to follow up your request.

We do not ask for identity numbers, dates of birth or any sensitive information, and we do not accept CVs through this website.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we may use a statistics service that sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Marketing

We will not send you offers or newsletters unless you have separately agreed to receive them. Replying to your own request is not marketing.

How long we keep it

If your request does not become a job, we delete it 24 months after our last contact about it. If it does, we keep the details for as long as we must keep business records.

Who else holds it, and where

We use a small number of well-known services to run this website and answer you. Some of them store data outside Qatar. Each works under its own data processing terms, which we keep on file.

Cloudflare hosts this website and handles quote requests (servers worldwide, including in Qatar; company based in the United States). Google provides our email (United States). WhatsApp, part of Meta, carries WhatsApp messages (United States and Ireland).

How we keep it safe

The website only works over an encrypted connection. Only the people who handle enquiries can see them, and the accounts that receive them are protected with two-step sign-in.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to us at the email below and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the National Cyber Security Agency, which oversees personal data protection in Qatar: privacy@ncsa.gov.qa.
